As long as I can remember I’ve been passionate about creating. I see myself as a visually orientated person.

In 2006 I graduated from the Utrecht School of Art and Design and acquired my Bachelor in Architectural Design. The school was a perfect environment for me. I could challenge my talents and develop many different skills.
I love to create spaces, however, for the last years I found that my interest has expanded to jewellery design. I was eager to learn more about methods and techniques and, while still at school, I took full advantage of the available courses in gold- & silver-smith craft. Soon after that I started designing and selling my own jewellery.

Over the last few years I have been ardently assembling, and making compositions; Trying new ways of how to wear the jewellery by using a different approach and experimenting with new materials, forms and combinations. With the premise that it should always be wearable.

I enjoy combining different techniques to create my own personal jewellery designs, finding my inspiration in fashion, architecture and most importantly, in nature. These elements, together with my personal passion are the foundation, and the soul, of my witlof-collection.
